A retreat to study Excel Pivot Tables and Graphs, and the Hospital InfoPath forms, was held in Gisenyi 15-19 June, 2009. Participants had been selected from the PBF Extended Team, and included technicians from seven agencies and MOH departments (MOH/CAAC (3); IHI/HCSP (1), CRS (1); MSH (6 +2 facilitators); FHI (1); EGPAF (1); MCAP (1) and HDP (1)).
The above graph has been created from average scores, for all available hospital evaluations, 2Q20-08 to 1Q2009. The first quarter 2008 has been omitted; due to lack of data (the form was introduced for use in all Rwandan district hospital evaluations 2Q08 onwards). It can be seen for instance, that the composite ‘availability of the counter referral slip, with ‘accuse de reception’ improved most: from an average of 40.6% (‘yes’) to an average of 76.3% (‘yes’) after three evaluations. |
